I instaalled the update, or at least tried to on running the binary file I received a message saying "the GECK is about to be updated to 1.5" I click OK, then I get an error message telling me "original file does not exist" I thought perhaps it was because I had not installed the update. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." I have downloaded the file and ran the installer, I have ensured I am placing it in what the official site states is the correct directory for a steam copy (C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 3), and the install finishes fine, with no issues or error messages, but when I attempt to open the program, I receive only an error message telling me "This application has failed to start because libvorbisfile.dll was not foun. I'm having trouble with setting up the GECK.
